I took inspiration from “The Winged Victory of Samothrace” in the Louvre Museum.
She called to my soul.
She represents the Nike Goddess which symbolizes Victory. Sent down by Zeus himself to aid in securing victory in a battle.
On her boat, she is wet from the ocean spray. Wings out, displaying herself in all her intense beautiful glory.
With this, I take inspiration to take flight in my own journey— sent down from the Heavens (as we all are) to secure my victory here on Earth.
To conquer my hopes, dreams, joy.
That beautiful, magical golden light comes from my ripped open soul, now cracked and letting its light shine through the thick layers of comfort that caked onto my soul.
As that light guides me after the death, shining the way for me.
A soul so deep and intense, it cannot waver for anything, as it is determined to get what it wants in this lifetime and all.

In all capacities of life.
To reach it and then once attained, to grow it through many deaths of different versions of myself, as I outgrow each phase and chapter in my life.
